the state has revamped and reinvented its system of economic development with a focus on growing and bringing jobs to this state. This includes additional opportunities in clean energy (and the closure of our final coal power plant). I also co-sponsored a bill in 2011 AB432, that dealt with home energy audits, standardizing and streamlining the process to help homeowners.
